The month is August and the year is 2017, it is extremely hot outside as I lug all my materials and last minute items into my new, but not so new, classroom. This is the room I have spent that last couple weeks in preparing, organizing, and designing for my first. ever. class. As I boldly walk through the front door all my materials fall out of my arms and onto the floor - I guess somethings will never change. I thought getting a "big girl" job automatically categorized me into the "adulting" slot of the room, but I guess not.
I can't wait to see what this year has in store - join me on this journey as I laugh, cry, love, learn, and my favorite teach in a special education classroom.
The goal for this blog is to share resources, stories, advice, and anything else I stumble upon across the way ~~ if you have any tips or tricks please share :)
